The Nitecore MH23 is a compact high power flashlight with a maximum output of 1800 lumens from the Cree XHP35 HD LED, making it one of the most powerful torches of its size. The light can be powered by 1 x 18650 (output ≥ 8A) or 2 x CR123A primary batteries; the recommend cell is the Nitecore NL1835HP 18650 which features a high discharge and runtime and can be recharged inside the torch.
Please note: The MH23 can be powered by an 18650 battery, however it MUST have an output of 8A or higher.

The MH23 is charged via the included USB lead and features a built-in power indicator to ensure you are alerted when the MH23 needs charging and also displays the battery voltage when new cells are inserted. The charging circuit terminates charging upon completion and has integrated overcharge and over-discharge protection.
The MH23 features five brightness levels, ranging from 1 to 1800 lumens, plus a strobe, SOS and beacon modes. The outputs are operated by a single dual stage side switch, allowing for easy one-handed use. To turn the light on and off fully click the switch, and then partway to cycle through the five brightness levels. The MH23 also features direct access to turbo and ultra-low outputs from the off position. Advanced Temperature Regulation (ATR) regulates the brightness output and adapts to the ambient environment accordingly, to prevent the LED from overheating.
Brightness Levels:
Turbo: 1800 lumens – 30 mins runtime
High: 760 lumens – 2 hrs runtime
Mid: 260 lumens – 5 hrs 15 mins runtime
Low: 55 lumens – 21 hrs runtime
Ultralow: 1 lumen – 330 hrs runtime
Plus Strobe, SOS and Beacon (all at 1800 lumens).
Extremely compact and lightweight, the MH23 has a range features including cooling fins on the head of the torch, tail stand capability and an anti-rolling design. The flashlight comes with a detachable deep carry pocket clip plus a nylon holster to ensure you can secure the light to your clothing or accessories for easy carry.
Constructed from aero-grade aluminium alloy with hard HAIII anodised coating.
Maximum beam distance 294 meters, waterproof to IPX-8 (2 meters submersible) and resistant to impacts up to 1.5 meters.
